Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders:

Domestic orders take between 3-5 business days after you order has been processed. Processing your order takes 1-2 days.

International Orders:

International orders usually take 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. Processing your order takes 1-2 days.

Please keep in mind that international orders may incur taxes and tariffs which are placed by the orders country of origin. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that in such cases that the taxes are established upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying all taxes and tariffs required by your local government.

Tracking Your Order:

When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation and when your order is shipped you will receive an email regarding your tracking information.

Deliveries will be made from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) Also, please be patient around busier times of the year such as Release Days and Holidays, as processing takes a little longer than usual.

Please review that you have put in the correct address for your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide.

What if my package is lost?

Your package is protected while in our facility. Once your package has left our facility, the courier becomes responsible for it and can be subject to problems that are out of our control. Contact the according shipping service for updates on delays or any shipping problems that you have.
